Shenzhen Venture Capital Building is the most unique landmark building in the newly developed area of Nanshan District. Shenzhen Venture Capital Building recognizes the city’s past and cultural heritage while looking to the future. It defines the gateway between the past and the present, the Corniche and the Western Corridor and the newly planned Keyuan Road.
Shenzhen Venture Capital Building is 190 meters high, forming a clear and coordinated office park, dedicated to supporting startups and innovative companies. The covered outdoor space facilitates pedestrian circulation and creates a main entrance to each plot. The exterior wall decoration is a combination of glass and metal plates, and the interior uses metal ceilings to make the building modern and dynamic.
