World Architecture Culture Tour – Shenzhen Jingji 100
The 7-story building of the Shenzhen Jingji 100 project re-provided residential and commercial space for the villagers, three of which were rented by the villagers. The new development project creates a higher quality of life for the indigenous residents and provides rental space for self-occupied space and rental income. The cooperative development project occupies a large area of land for site selection. Therefore, for the developer, the financially feasible and most effective solution is to build a mixed-use building with a shopping mall to offset the cost. The decoration of the mall uses a large number of aluminum veneer products, which meet the characteristics of high-end modern buildings.
