Kunshan Grand Theatre – Ivory White Aluminum Veneer, O-Shaped Aluminum Round Tube

The Kunshan Grand Theatre is located in the Civic Cultural Square in the downtown area of Kunshan. It is a reconstruction project on the original site. The Kunshan Grand Theatre is a cultural and commercial complex with the West Side Library, the South Side Swimming Fitness Center and the Southwest Sports Park. An urban cultural complex that combines functions of leisure, exhibition and exhibition.

The architectural design is combined with lighting effects to fully express the artistic effect of the building. The overall facade of the building is an ivory white aluminum veneer curtain wall, which expresses the pure temperament and three-dimensional level of the building. The red O-shaped aluminum tube of different shades and sizes is hung on the outside of the wall of the theater lounge. It is like a soft sleeve under the light, as if it is floating under the graceful Kunming. The wall of the cinema is made up of 7 kinds of Malay lacquer blocks by parameterization from the outdoor red gradient to the indoor blue tone. The exterior of the Malay lacquer is decorated with stainless steel wire mesh to form an illusory fabric-like effect by means of light.
